Description
The Panther Canyon is a a great 1.7 mile trail in New Braunfels, Texas. This trail is great for RC crawling with most scaled rigs including 1:10, 1:6, 1:24. Everywhere you look, there are hundreds of lines to try to tackle and have a great time at it. You can easily spend 2-4 hours by yourself or with your crew, rock-crawling the challenging terrain.
In summer, it is a great spot since it’s heavily shaded. Most of the trail is covered by trees. Although the weather can be hot in summer days, the shade definitely helps out a bit.
In winter, it’s still enjoyable during the day. I wouldn’t recommend it as much for night crawls as it can be very dark and creepy. But during the day, it’s a beautiful spot year round.

This is a fantastic RC trail! We easily spend 4hrs at this place every weekend. There are just so many lines everywhere. It feels like every time we go for a crawl the trail is very different.

Fun spot, great during the warmer weather because all of the trees for shade.

Definitely a good place for trail or competitive crawling. Staying in the creek/canyon is a good run.
